We’re proud to produce a refreshing, sparkling dry cider made from apples cultivated in Quebec. Our recipe, the fruit of 10 years of hard work, trial and error, is a true tribute to the local flavors and festive spirit of Quebec.

Created by Vancouver ciderpunk band The Dreadnoughts, the now mythical song Joli Rouge was written as a tribute to OUR cider mill. It was released on their 2019 album, Into the North, and recorded in a studio in Saguenay before taking a trip around the world!
