For this cider, our equation is simple. We prefer wild Quebec products. Our blueberries come directly from Nord-du-Québec. They’re processed right here at home.

Our challenge? Integrate the blueberry without masking the taste of the apple. We sought the perfect balance. The result is a subtle and surprising alliance.

We slightly modify our apple cider base. Blueberries are added at just the right moment during fermentation. This method preserves the taste of the apple. It creates a delicate, unique and harmonious flavor.

The approach is different for our lemonade beverage. Lemons and limes don’t grow in the Saguenay. And that’s a fact!
